#QUÉDATEENCASA -  ¡Vuélvete creativo@ con cualquier ingrediente disponible en tu refrigerador! En Puntacana Resort & Club hemos creado una nueva serie de Instagram "El buen gusto de estar juntos" con nuestro chef ejecutivo Santiago Salamanca. Cada semana se compartirán nuevas recetas para hacerlas en casa y aprenderás los trucos que hacen que su cocina sea única. Estamos seguros de que algunos de los platos le traerán recuerdos de las ofertas gastronómicas de nuestra propiedad.
 
A continuación compartimos nuestra primera recete, los famosos “Cubos de Atún” que están disponibles en el menú del restaurante The Grill en La Cana Golf & Beach Club. ¡Esperamos que los disfrutes en familia! #QUÉDATEENCASA

RECETA: ​“Cubos de Atún”

Cubos de atún para 4 pax
  • Cubos de atún para 4 pax
  • 16 onzas: Atún fresco cortado a cubos de pulgada.
  • 4 onzas: Salsa teriyaki + Cilantro picado + Jengibre picado + Ajo picado + Zumo de limón + Aceite de sésamo
  • 1 onza: Semilla de ajonjolí
  • 2 onzas: Guacamole + sal + pimienta + aceite de oliva + limón + tomate picado + cebolla picada + Jalapeño (opcional)
  • 1 onza: Alga Nori frita (Freír en aceite de semilla)
  • 2 onza: Tomate seco CC
  • 2 onza: Tomate cherry
  • 1 onza: Rúcula
  • 2 onzas: Flores comestibles y germinados.
 
Preparación:
  1. Marinar los cubos de atún previamente salados en la salsa teriyaki unos 5 minutos.
  2. Sacar y escurrir.
  3. Cubrir con una parte con la semilla de ajonjolí.
  4. Colocar en un círculo en el plato.
  5. Sobre el cubo colocar el guacamole y sobre esta el alga nori frito 
  6. Ir decorando con el los tomates, la rúcula las flores
  7. Rociar con aceite de oliva
  8. Terminar el plato con más salsa teriyaki.

Below we're sharing our first recipe " Tuna Squares" that is available in the menu of The Grill restaurant at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. We hope you enjoy them as a family! #STAYCATION #STAYHOME.

RECIPE: ATUN SQUARES

  • 16 ounces: fresh tuna cut into inch cubes.
  • 4 ounces: Teriyaki sauce + Chopped coriander + Chopped ginger + Chopped garlic + Lemon juice + Sesame oil
  • 1 ounce: sesame seed
  • 2 ounces: Guacamole + salt + pepper + olive oil + lemon + chopped tomato + chopped onion + Jalapeño (optional)
  • 1 ounce: Fried Nori seaweed (Fry in seed oil)
  • 2 ounce: CC dry tomato
  • 2 ounce: cherry tomato
  • 1 ounce: Arugula
  • 2 ounces: Edible flowers and sprouts.

Preparation:
  1. Marinate the previously salted tuna cubes in the teriyaki sauce for about 5 minutes.
  2. Take out and drain.
  3. Cover with one part with the sesame seed.
  4. Place in a circle on the plate.
  5. On the cube place the guacamole and on it the fried nori seaweed
  6. Decorate with the tomatoes, rocket the flowers
  7. Drizzle with olive oil
  8. Decorate the plate with more teriyaki sauce.
