PUNTACANA Proudly annouces our app for Android & ios

It’s only two weeks into 2015, but here at Puntacana we are hitting the ground running with an exciting announcement. It has been a long time coming, but we are pleased to announce the release of a brand new Puntacana app for iOS and Android devices. 

.  If you are on Android, you can start downloading the app immediately at this link:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.puntacanaresortandclub&hl=en. iOS users will have to wait slightly longer as the app is still being reviewed for approval by Apple.
This brand new app allows you to interact with the resort to fully explore your dining, hotel, and entertainment options in Puntacana.  And, best of all, you can explore these options while relaxing by the beach or sitting by the pool.  One of the increasingly ubiquitous aspects of our everyday lives is the smartphone, and now you can use yours to book hotels, look up menus, and access information about the many activities available to guests.  


From the starting screen, you are able to immediately access our directory, booking, and to do page.  The directory includes a complete listing of every point of interest on the resort, including our golf courses, spas, hotels, and shops. In fact, the golfers out there are going to to be very happy, because the app includes full maps of our Dominican Republic golf courses on our properties as well as the ability to access and make purchases from the Pro Shop.  

For those of us who are not athletic, there is still plenty to see here.  You can use the app to manage reservations for our hotels as well as the many restaurants on the resort.  Instead of calling and requesting availability, you can make dinner plans in a fraction of the time with the app.  Likewise, you can view available reservations at our hotels and even use the app to book your reservations.  It doesn’t stop with our hotels, however,  The app also checks flights at Puntacana International Airport and allows you to check on your flight’s status as well as book your airfare.    

As you can see, technology is a big deal for us in 2015.  With the launch of our new app, we are keeping the focus on our guests and offering new ways to interact with Puntacana.  Now, it’s easier than ever to book a last minute flight or make that romantic dinner reservation.  We are dedicated to providing the easiest and most relaxing experience to our guests, and we hope that you will enjoy using our app.
