Después de 12 ampliaciones, el Aeropuerto Internacional de Punta Cana (AIPC), operado por la Corporación Aeroportuana del Este (CAE), subsidiaria del Grupo Puntacana, cuenta con 75,000 m2 de construcción. Ofrece dos terminales comerciales, una de 30,375 m2 y la segunda de 32,420 m2, capaces de recibir 2,500 pasajeros cada hora y media.
